We can incorporate Mat, Reformer, TRX, Weights, HIIT, SAQ, Core and Balance, whatever your health and wellness needs, or to increase athletic ability while doing safe, effective exercises.

A wide variety of exercises are done on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. Come join us!

This is not a new schedule for Terri Todd, fitness instructor of 30 years. This is a new passion, STOTT PILATES®.

Precision Pilates has become an essential part of my health and well being.  I am learning Pilates, using free weights and strength machines plus doing cardio during my sessions with very knowledgeable and supportive trainers.  The best thing about Precision Pilates is becoming more aware of my body, seeing what my body can do, and building the confidence to try new activities.  For that I am very grateful to the staff, the positive environment and energy, of Precision Pilates.
